To the best of my knowledge it’s copyright infringement. Maybe you should contact them they might be interested in free advertising.

If that were true, no one could ever publish anything written in Word. That would greatly limit Word’s marketability.
Even companies that do want money for their fonts charge a flat fee in advance.
In other words, I wouldn’t worry about it.
